Very pretty, strong fan although the lights are not dimmable. You may want to purchase bulbs in lower wattage. Pleased overall.I am in love….with this ceiling fan! The fan is quiet but puts out a strong breeze. The brass is not a tacky yellow color, the crystals are beautiful. It is hung in my great room, best purchase ever!The light does not work all the time. It is random.I will use the remote control to try to turn it on but it doesn’t always work.The light does not stay on. Shuts itself off after about 10 minutes. Fan only worked the first day.Wished I'd saved the box for returning.We purchased 1 and it quit working within a couple of months & outside of the return window. We called and made complains but customer service would not return our calls. We foolishly purchased another one bc we thought maybe it was just a default in that one fan and I loved the look of it. Big mistake! It "blew up" within 2 weeks of having it installed! We were able to return it, thankfully, bc it was within the return time but it was a big waste of time! The product customer service is TERRIBLE.Defective as delivered, was returned and did get money back.
